This is who I am :
THE BROTHER
He was allowed to form his own opinions and set standards; not dominated by either parent. The Brother is direct, open and honest. Fights for principles and for others not strong enough to stand up for themselves. Not ambitious for material gains, his motivation is altruistic rather than self-directed. Treats all people as equals, including women. He is unlikely to make sexual advances or have sexist attitudes – prefers to develop a firm friendship first. Admires a woman with strong principles, even a feminist. Unimpressed with the coquettish, game-playing Mummy's Girl, who wants to be rescued. Although she must attempt to change a tyre, read road maps and share responsibilities, he will be loyal, supportive and protective. Happily accepts an egalitarian marriage. All children enjoy this father who will take an interest in everything they do.
TO RECOGNISE HIM
What you see is what you get. The Brother is direct, open, honest and has nothing to hide. He will fight for principles in which he believes and for others who are not strong enough to stand up for themselves.
CAREER
Unless the Daddy's Boy is quite active within him, he is usually not overly ambitious. His ambitions are more likely to lean towards a cause rather than making money.
WOMEN
He treats all people as equals, especially women. He is less likely to come on fast or make sexist approaches. He admires a woman who has strong principles. He is quite often attracted to the feminist. He will not be attracted to the Mummy's Girl who wants to be rescued. His woman must be prepared to attempt to repair a leaky tap or change a tyre, be able to read road maps and share all responsibilities. Nor will he tolerate coquettishness or gameplaying.
SEXUALITY
Under his calm almost aloof manner, there is a passionate male whose fervour is matched by the ardour he feels for the principles and causes in which be believes. A woman would find him both tender, loving and extremely passionate in the bedroom.
MARRIAGE
His marriage is quite often egalitarian. The Brother will be happy for a wife to keep her own name. Many a brother will be the `house mother' while his wife is the bread-winner. Should she not be very efficient in the house, he will do his share and be quite tolerant, provided he feels she pulls her weight in other areas.
CHILDREN
He is a great father. No matter what type of children he has all will enjoy growing up with this father. He will allow them to pursue their own interests. He will enjoy teaching them and will take an interest in everything they do. They will have great respect for his firm, reasonable discipline.
