I've noticed one thing: as people age, they learn to impress more and more often, but they learn to be genuine less and less.
After all, many people are so afraid of simply being themselves, just as they are. They're afraid of attachment. They're afraid of vulnerability. People easily enter into each other's lives and just as easily disappear. Sincerity has become a rarity, and that's why I value it so much.
