Welcome to my little corner of the internet! 💕 I'm Katerina, a passionate realtor from Kyiv, Ukraine. 🏙️
By day (and sometimes by night), I help people find their dream homes through remote apartment rentals. I turned my tourism management degree from Chernihiv University into a career where I get to match amazing properties with amazing people. There's nothing more satisfying than handing over the keys and watching someone's eyes light up! 🔑✨ I guess you could say I'm in the business of creating happy beginnings... and I'm secretly hoping to create one with the right man too. 😉 When I'm not closing deals or scouting virtual tours, I live life to the fullest. I hit the gym 3 times a week because I absolutely adore sport, taking care of my body, and feeling strong and healthy. Sometimes I play squash, and I'm planning to start dance classes soon plus revive my piano lessons – can't wait to fill my evenings with music again! 🎹💃 My free time is a beautiful mix of things I love: reading inspiring books, going to concerts, opera, cinema or theater, shopping (guilty pleasure!), baking delicious treats, cleaning while dancing around the apartment, long walks, and visiting my family. I have a wonderful younger sister whom I adore spending time with, and I often go see my parents (58 and 60) in the suburbs. They live surrounded by their garden and everything connected to the earth – so peaceful! 🌿 I live independently in Kyiv and enjoy my cozy space. No pets right now (I had a cat before and miss the cuddles), but I'm open to meeting yours! 🐱 Travel is my biggest passion – I adore discovering new countries, new horizons, and that magical feeling of novelty. I don't have a visa yet, but it's definitely on my wishlist for future adventures. Who's ready to explore the world with me? ✈️❤️ In the kitchen, I'm all about hearty meat dishes, fresh salads, veggies, fruits, syrniki (Ukrainian cheese pancakes – my weakness!), protein bars, and dried mango, melon, banana, pineapple. Strawberry in chocolate? Yes please! 🍓 I love Mediterranean, Asian, Eastern, and of course authentic Ukrainian cuisine. My favorite colors are black, red, pink, and white. And flowers? Classic roses or big, unusual voluminous arrangements that take your breath away. 🌹 Music-wise, I melt for jazz, classical, and electronic beats – perfect soundtrack for both romantic evenings and energetic workouts. Life goals? Constant self-development, building a loving family, and continuing to discover the world together with my future partner. I'm 166 cm tall, 57 kg, with gray-green-blue eyes and currently black hair (was medium blonde before). No tattoos – I prefer my skin just the way it is. I'm a hopeless romantic with a good sense of humor. I can laugh at myself when I burn the cookies or trip in heels during a showing. 😂 Life is too short for boring – let's create sparks, deep conversations, spontaneous trips, slow dances in the kitchen, and those little moments that turn into forever memories.
