Life has taught me to appreciate every moment. I am gentle, deep, with a strong inner core. There have been difficult moments in my life, but I did not close myself off, but became even more conscious and open to life.

I love the silence of the morning, the smell of coffee and the power of meditation. Sports help me maintain balance, books inspire me, and inner work only makes me stronger. I believe that even after pain, you can feel, love and be loved again. I am not one of those who live in the past - I am building a bright and honest present.
