I retired 2 years ago, and I can tell that when you retire, you become much busier.
I have a lot on the go right now, as you can see in the photo on my profile. I have played guitar all my life, so when I retired, I started a music band.
I like sports such as skiing, bicycling, swimming, and fishing. I also like to take a walk in the forest.
I think life is too short, so I try to get the most out of it.
On the sexual side, I'm well equipped and, even if I'm 63 years old, don't worry, my equipment is fully functional. 😉
My ex-girlfriend used to say this body part will be the last thing to give up. Everything else will stop working except that.

I like to work with my hands. I know how to use them.
